There is a problem with polish marks on the cars paint work which still needs to resolved. Service agent very helpful and supplied a replacement car so I could return home while marks on paintwork were being removed.
The length of time I was given for the service was actually less and I was treated in such a professional way.

Basically I find this question self explanatory as I was in fact completely satisfied with my experience of The Country Garage service department.
I was informed about all aspects of my service including cost, tyre tread depth and work done.

I feel able to give any concern regarding the service and I am given information about what is entailed in the service and an update once service was completed.
I was pleased at first with the service. Then I was told it may take up to 3 weeks to get the part my car needed from Germany. I thought that was a long time. then I got a call after 2 days to say my car had been repaired. No explanation was given.
The Country Garage basically discovered then sorted out the problems left by Bavarian Belfast when they did the engine replacement but I have been left with little confidence in the car or BMW as a brand.
As usual the country garage were excellent in their customer services. The staff were all extremely helpful and professional.
