The car was delivered at the agreed date and time. We were made to feel welcome and time was taken to ensure we were comfortable with the new car and all its controls.

Tyre pressure was showing on the dash during demo, despite it being PDI after, no one noticed or even checked tyre pressures during PDI. I wonder to what extent my car was checked before handover. Also inside of the windows wasn't cleaned. Ok now

Great customer service and kept up to date all stages. The coffee while I waited for a driver to drive me to work was also a nice touch. Car was even driven back to me as I was nearby so I didn't have to go back to collect which was very helpful

My comment is that something in writing to highlight the outcome of my vehicle check would have been appreciated. I understand that I now await contact from BMW to let me know when 'parts ' are in, no indication was given to when this might be.
