Very satisfied. Have been through the process so many times it's so easy. The country garage is my go to bmw dealership. Great service from Paul Diamond (new car sales) as always and Michael Simpson (financial guy) always makes you laugh. Great team

My parents drove BMWs as long as I can remember, from Country Garage, Ballymena, so it was lovely when they asked about them. They were able to give me a lift before, and after, which was very much appreciated.

When I got my car back there was a screw lying at the gear selector and it later turned out that behind the dash, the media unit had a screw missing on both sides so I've no idea where the other one ended up!

Engineer forgot to reconnect wiring to 12v socket located on panel below pocket having removed panel as required for part of service. My dash cam was plugged in here so I sorted it myself.

When returning to pay for the service I was informed the technician had observed the battery of the key fob needed replaced. I informed the agent I had replaced the battery the previous day - how can I trust parts actually need replacing?
