All staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Rodger was very helpful and patient in explaining the controls of the car during the test drive and handover. The showroom is impressive and spotlessly clean.

Very satisfied. Have been through the process so many times it's so easy. The country garage is my go to bmw dealership. Great service from Paul Diamond (new car sales) as always and Michael Simpson (financial guy) always makes you laugh. Great team

While the inside of the car was valeted I had spilled a plant in the boot and it was not vacuumed. The computer has not been fully reset as it says that the car needs to be serviced in February 25. Can that be reset remotely.
