BMW (UK) Limited is responsible for the compliance of the BMW Group vehicles and products it imports into the UK with the regulatory safety standards.

SECURITY ENQUIRIES AND UPDATE PERIODS.
Security issues with the hardware and software of BMW passenger cars purchased in the UK can be reported via: customer.service@bmw.co.uk
Customers will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report of security issues within 48 hours and a first status update usually within 7 working days.
Security updates will be provided for new BMW passenger cars for a minimum period of 7 years from the production date as stated in the Certificate of Conformity provided with the vehicle.
BMW ADVANCED CAR EYE 3.0 / PRO.
Security issues with the hardware and software of the dash cam “Advanced Car Eye 3.0” and “Advanced Car Eye 3.0 Pro” purchased in the UK can be reported via: www.thinkware.com/PSTIpolicy
Customers will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report of security issues within 24 hours and a first status update usually within 10 working days.
Security updates will be provided for a minimum period of 3 years from the production date as stated on the product label.
